A mysterious trunk appears to be a miniature theatre. A
Une malle mystérieuse se révèle être un théâtre
miniature. A fellow walks across the city arriving at the sea. What is
he searching for, the moon or love ? He arrives in costume. There he will
see who he will love and finally join her on the moon.
Only the children of musician families have access to the repertoire of classical music or the so-called ‘elite’. What a privilege ! We wish to share our love of music with children from a very young age, as well as poetry, the universal language.
The moon is a reoccuring theme in all the songs of the world. Its poetic power has always been dreamt by the young and old. We chose to explore the repertoire which is dedicated to hearing the sounds of diverse languages.
The visual play of theatre of paper will resonate in the musical framework
of the performance.
